Booking Process

Travel Linkage tours proceed from application to contract conclusion as follows:

STEP 1 | Check Tour Details & Terms

Please check the details on each tour page and the Terms & Conditions listed in the footer.

STEP 2 | Web Application (Provisional Request)

Please apply via the Booking Form. At this stage, the travel contract has not yet been concluded (Provisional Request).

STEP 3 | Confirmation & Payment Link

We will check availability. Once confirmed, we will email you the finalized tour details (date, number of people, price) and payment instructions (online payment link).

STEP 4 | Payment (Online Settlement)

Please pay via the link provided (Stripe [Credit Card] or PayPal).
*We do not store or view your credit card information; it is processed securely by the payment service.

*About Payment Amount:
For day trips, full advance payment is required in principle. For multi-day tours or custom-ordered tours, payment of a deposit (application fee) is required to conclude the contract. Please check the details on each tour page or the payment instructions sent to you.

STEP 5 | Contract Conclusion & Final Itinerary

The travel contract is concluded (Reservation Confirmed) when we accept your booking and confirm receipt of the tour fee (or deposit).
We will also send you a "Final Itinerary" via email, including the meeting place, time, and important notes for the day.


Cancellation & Changes

  • If you cancel for personal reasons, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • For cancellation rates and conditions, please refer to the Terms & Conditions in the footer.
  • If the tour includes non-refundable facility fees, experience costs, or private reservations, you will be responsible for these actual costs in addition to the standard cancellation fee.
  • We will adjust dates or make minor changes where possible, but this may not always be accepted depending on arrangements.
  • Significant changes to the schedule or content may require a re-quote as a Custom-ordered Tour.
  • The itinerary may be changed due to unavoidable reasons such as weather or transportation issues.

Information for the Tour Day

To ensure you have a safe and enjoyable tour, please check the following in advance.

Final Itinerary Email

We will send a "Final Itinerary" email with the meeting place, time, and notes before the tour. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

Meeting Time & Lateness

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time for a smooth start.
If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and no refunds will be made.

Weather & Storms

Tours will proceed in light rain. If safe implementation is difficult due to stormy weather or transportation issues, we will contact you the day before or on the day of the tour. The order of the itinerary or some content may be changed depending on the situation.

Clothing & Belongings

Please participate in comfortable walking shoes and clothing appropriate for the season and weather. Please bring drinks and rain gear (folding umbrella, etc.) as needed.

Rules at Visits (Photography etc.)

Some temples, facilities, or experience programs may have restrictions on photography or interpretation. Please follow the instructions of the local staff or facility guides.

Emergency Contact

The emergency contact number for the day will be listed in the Final Itinerary email. If any sudden issues (such as train delays) occur, please contact us at that number.
